Gifts for engineers

These limited print-run posters are the result of the creative hand of Armand Molders together with the engineering background of Stuart Cording. Through this partnership, the heritage of the electronics industry is captured in a format that appeals to engineers, technicians, and hobbyists alike. Retro Electro Prints make a great addition to the home office, lab, or office wall.

Signetics NE555 Retro Electro Print

The first of our gifts for engineers is the Signetics NE555 Retro Electro Print. Developed in conjunction with the publisher Elektor, it covers the history and background of this 1970s timer integrated circuit. The print includes a block diagram of the device along with the equation needed to configure it in monostable mode. Providing the finishing touch is a real NE555 IC in a SOIC package attached to the bottom of the print. The print-run is limited to 0xFF (255) posters and each comes with a certificate of authenticity.
